ABOUT LAURENCE
My name is Laurence Bonfoey and I am
a Tucson Native. My love of dance began in 1974, when a friend invited me to a Country Western night club.

Watching amazing Dancers doing awesome footwork, spins and turns motivated me to learn more!

Everyone on the Dance floor was smiling, laughing and having fun. I was in Dancing Heaven!
So in 1975, I landed a full time job at Fred Astaire School of Dance! I jumped into training class.
Determination, lots of practice, and my love of Music drove me!

I was trained in 10 dances, leading and following. Mans and lady's footwork.
10 more patterns and spins followed!

Two years later, I received my certificate of completion
which hangs on my wall to this day.

When I am not teaching people, you will find me training my horse. She came to me as a young filly. I trained her using natural horsemanship methods.

Like dancing with humans, the two of us communicate with very light cues. We read each other's body language and move in harmony together.

Like Dancing should be!
I teach Footwork,Timing,and Rhythm.
Learn to lead and follow effortlessly!
